A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request.
