The property occupies the ground floor of an elegantly renovated building situated along a residential road in the charming borgo of Santa Colomba, a small hamlet dominated by a 14th-century castle-fortress and a historic church adorned with frescoes by Duccio da Buoninsegna. Lovingly restored by its current owners, who reside discreetly on the upper floor for short periods only, the villa combines refined interiors with an extraordinary natural setting surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks, oaks, and chestnut trees. Guests have access to a fully equipped one-hectare private park, a dedicated parking area located just past the entrance gate to the property, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. A private swimming pool completes the outdoor offering, making Villa Rinaldi an ideal retreat for those seeking both comfort and an immersive connection with the unspoiled Tuscan landscape.

The grounds of Villa Rinaldi are nothing short of extraordinary, extending across a fully fenced one-hectare park that wraps around the rear of the building and is framed along its perimeter by centuries-old oak trees and lush, refreshing woodland vegetation. The garden is a living tapestry of seasonal blooms and wild flora, including junipers, honeysuckles, strawberry trees, ferns, cyclamens, violets, hellebores, strawberries, and wild blackberries, all of which can be discovered simply by strolling around the property. A vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs is also available for guests to enjoy. Throughout the park, various seating areas equipped with chairs and tables invite relaxation and convivial gatherings, while a convenient outdoor dining area is positioned directly at the living room exit, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior living. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is set in the most private area of the property, on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a few steps or along a dedicated path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 metres, the pool features submerged entry steps, a PVC lining, a stone-paved border, internal spotlights, salt-based water purification, and a waterproof cover for overnight use. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with a large umbrella, small tables, sofas, and sunbeds, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The main entrance, located on the side of the building, opens into a refined hallway that leads to the right into a spacious living room featuring a study corner and direct access to the garden, and to the left into a well-appointed kitchen and dining room arranged in an open-plan layout. The sleeping area comprises 1 double bedroom with divisible beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as 2 twin bedrooms with joinable beds, each served by an ensuite bathroom with a shower, for a total of 3 bathrooms. The interior is completed by a dedicated laundry room, ensuring all the practical comforts of a well-organised home.

You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. The outdoor spaces of Poggio Novoli are a true highlight of the property, thoughtfully designed across several terraces connected by stone steps that cascade down the hillside. The lower terrace is home to the magnificent infinity pool, a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 6 by 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres. Lined in PVC and equipped with a salt purification system, the pool features submerged steps for easy water access and can be enjoyed even after sunset thanks to interior and exterior lighting. The surrounding solarium, finished in stone and lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, an umbrella, and a comfortable sofa with armchairs shaded by a gazebo. Hot and cold-water showers are available on one side of the pool area, and a security fence runs along the external perimeter. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Beyond the pool terrace, the garden unfolds across multiple levels, offering 2 terraces with sitting areas, a vine-covered American pergola with a dining table set within the fenced garden in front of the main entrance, and a spacious central courtyard housing a portico with a dining table alongside an outdoor kitchen complete with a stone barbecue and worktop. The entire property is set within 1.4 hectares of land planted with 120 olive trees, holm oaks, cypresses, cherry trees, fig trees, and Isabella grape vines, creating a lush and fragrant natural environment that frames every outdoor moment with the colours and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

The main entrance is accessed from a pergola and leads directly into an open-plan living area on the ground floor, comprising a fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated recess for the washing machine, a dining area, and a lounge featuring a satellite TV and a modern fireplace. From this central living space, a corridor leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The corridor also connects to a passage room, designed to serve as a reading, relaxation, or games room, which in turn leads to the master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The passage room contains a sofa bed available for use by a couple requiring separate sleeping arrangements or for a child wishing to sleep near their parents, without exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The 3rd double bedroom, distinguished by large panoramic windows that frame the surrounding countryside, is situated in the annex and is served by its own bathroom with shower.

The property is accessed via approximately 250 metres of unpaved farm road flanked by tall cypresses, departing from the municipal road of the Castello di Montefioralle. The road crosses the property below the level of the swimming pool, near which a parking area for approximately 3 cars is available. On the first floor of the farmhouse resides the owners, who are not present during the period from May to September. Guests are kindly informed that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what is visible in the images at the time of arrival. Pets are welcome at the property. Tourist tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.

Casa Paggetti is an ancient stone farmhouse located in the village of Pescina, in the Chianti hills, with panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves and woods. Dating back to the 17th century, the house belonged to the Paggetti family, whose coat of arms is still visible on the facade. Restored to respect its historic character, the villa is spread over three floors and retains original elements such as terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and period furniture, with parquet in the bedrooms. The garden, shaded by tall cypress trees, is arranged on terraces and lawns furnished with outdoor dining areas and lounges, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven. A swimming pool and a heated hot tub complete the picture. In a hilly position, the villa is ideal for exploring Greve in Chianti, Florence and the entire Chianti Classico area.

The villa is spread over three levels for a total of about 550 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to open space living area with dining table, fireplace and kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area; dining room with fireplace and French windows to the terrace; living room with TV; bathroom with shower and laundry area. LOWER FLOOR — Living room with ornamental fireplace and access to the lower garden terrace; gym; bathroom with shower. Park:
The villa is surrounded by a fenced terraced garden of about 3000 square meters, bordered by stone walls and high hedges. The garden is spread over three levels. The stone-paved upper level includes a shaded dining area with table and umbrella, a seating area covered by a shade sail, a built-in barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Flowerpots, vines and cypresses complete the green setting around the house. A stone staircase leads to the second level, with a tiled area where there is a relaxation area, the entrance to the basement and access to the covered garage. On this level there is also the driveway gate, accessible from a small road that runs along the property and leads to the internal car park. The surrounding lawn houses the pool with solarium. Finally, a second staircase leads to the lower level, planted with olive trees and a cherry and fig orchard, bordered by a stone border. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located a few meters from the house, on the second level of the garden; it is accessed via a stone staircase or along a path in the lawn. Irregularly shaped, it measures about 12 x 10 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 m; it is covered in PVC and bordered with terracotta finishes; access to the water is via a Roman staircase. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding solarium area is partly paved with stone and partly with lawn; it is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and a lounge area. In this same area there is also an outdoor shower and a 2 x 2.20 m heated hot tub, with three seats. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
