Spanning approximately 550 square meters across three floors, the villa has been carefully restored to honor its historic character, preserving original elements such as terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, period furniture, and parquet flooring in the bedrooms. The property is enveloped by a generous fenced terraced garden of approximately 3,000 square meters, shaded by tall cypress trees and bordered by stone walls and high hedges, offering a serene and private retreat. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Casa Paggetti are as impressive as the villa itself, unfolding across 3 beautifully landscaped terrace levels. The stone-paved upper level features a shaded dining area with a table and umbrella, a seating area covered by a shade sail, a built-in barbecue, and a traditional wood-burning oven — perfect for alfresco meals in the Tuscan countryside. Flowerpots, climbing vines, and towering cypresses frame the house in a lush green setting. A stone staircase descends to the second level, where a tiled relaxation area, the entrance to the basement, and access to the covered garage are located. It is on this level that the driveway gate opens onto a small road running along the property, leading to the internal car park. The surrounding lawn on this level houses the swimming pool, which is non-heated and irregularly shaped, measuring approximately 12 x 10 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters. Covered in PVC with terracotta-bordered finishes and accessible via a Roman staircase, the pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The solarium area surrounding the pool is partly paved in stone and partly laid with lawn, and is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and a lounge area. An outdoor shower and a heated hot tub measuring 2 x 2.20 meters with 3 seats are also located in this area. A second staircase leads to the lower garden level, planted with olive trees and a cherry and fig orchard, bordered by a stone border. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may differ at the time of your arrival.

The property is fenced and bordered by stone walls and high hedges, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. Guests traveling with pets should be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. The applicable tourist tax may also be required depending on local regulations. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and initial and final cleaning.
