Next to the porch, a pizza oven and a modern barbecue invite you to prepare and enjoy your meals in complete relaxation. A well-equipped play area for children, ping-pong, and table football are also available within the park, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages. A large outdoor living area with elegant armchairs is positioned in the shade of centuries-old pine trees, creating an inviting space for rest and conversation. The non-professional, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin, features night lighting and a practice wall, and is located approximately 20 m from the villa, next to the parking area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

All rooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning. For the 16-guest configuration, an external terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment, accessible from outside only, composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
