On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room and TV room, a library, and 1 bedroom featuring a king size bed and an en suite bathroom complete with shower, Turkish bath, and chromo-therapy. On the first floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms, all of which enjoy magnificent views of the valley. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and an en suite shower room, the second features twin beds that can be joined to form a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with an elegant tub, and the third bedroom also offers twin beds that can be joined to form a king size bed along with an en suite shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, ensuring comfort during the warmer months, while heating is available and charged upon consumption. A refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000 is to be paid in euro cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. Electricity is included up to 300 KW per week, and any consumption beyond this threshold is charged accordingly. Pets may be accepted upon request. A minimum stay of 1 week applies, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is between 3 PM and 7 PM, and check-out must be completed before 10 AM. Guests are kindly required to bring copies of their passports. A cleaning service is performed every Saturday, and for guests staying 2 weeks or more, this service is provided at no additional charge.
