The attentive work of the architect has seamlessly combined the historicity of the building with the comfort of an elegant and fully equipped retreat. The property is set within an expansive 8,000 sq m flat green lawn, completely fenced-in and bordered by hedges of laurel, offering a private and lush yard where guests can wander freely among multicoloured floral essences, bushes of herbs, antique terracotta pots with beautiful geraniums, tall poplars, and broad-canopied pines. Ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi with an external repeater to cover part of the garden ensures seamless Internet connectivity throughout your stay. A private parking area is available on site, conveniently located adjacent to the tennis court and swimming pool. The private tennis court, covered in PVC resin and equipped with night lighting, a practice wall, and 4 tennis rackets, adds a distinguished recreational dimension to this already remarkable estate.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Elisa are a true celebration of Tuscan landscape and refined leisure. The expansive lawn, stretching across 8,000 sq m, is completely fenced-in and bordered by hedges of laurel, embellished by multicoloured floral essences, bushes of herbs, antique terracotta pots with beautiful geraniums, tall poplars that delimit the pool area, and pines with broad shady foliage that provide natural shade over the outdoor living area and the tennis court. Adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the garden, a charming porch with 2 ceiling fans offers a tranquil setting for breakfast and lunch, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the porch, a pizza oven and a modern barbecue invite you to prepare and enjoy your meals in complete relaxation. A well-equipped play area for children, ping-pong, and table football are also available within the park, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages. A large outdoor living area with elegant armchairs is positioned in the shade of centuries-old pine trees, creating an inviting space for rest and conversation. The non-professional, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin, features night lighting and a practice wall, and is located approximately 20 m from the villa, next to the parking area. The swimming pool, positioned in front of the villa at approximately 30 metres away and reached across the lawn, is a non-heated rectangular pool measuring 6.5 x 14.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.6 m. The water is purified with chlorine, and solar panels warm the water, sun permitting, by 2 to 3 degrees. The pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC, features Roman steps for water access, internal lights, and wide-beam external lighting. A large solarium in terracotta surrounds the pool, furnished with 2 big umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs, and tables. The pool area is completely fenced-in for children's safety, and a hot and cold-water shower as well as a mini bar located in the changing hut are available for your convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Villa Elisa is a two-storey property designed to accommodate up to 16 guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering a thoughtfully distributed and generously proportioned interior. The ground floor is accessed from various points, with the main entrance located in the portico area, leading into an elegant entrance hall, a guest bathroom, and a dressing room, before continuing through to the typical Tuscan kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace and TV corner, and a dining room. To the left of the main entrance, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access from the sitting room is available, alongside a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom suitable for disabled guests, featuring a French window with a ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, accessible from outside, is the laundry area and the area housing the pizza oven. An internal sandstone staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers. All rooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning. For the 16-guest configuration, an external terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment, accessible from outside only, composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms in this apartment are equipped with air conditioning. It is worth noting that air conditioning is available throughout the villa with the exception of the kitchen.

This check was carried out on 9th July 2020. The property is completely fenced-in, offering privacy and security throughout your stay. The laundry area and the pizza oven area are accessible from outside on the ground floor.
