These 3 accommodations offer beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and enjoy use of a nice swimming-pool (accessible by some steps). All of the 3 villas are tastefully furnished and can be rented together in order to have an independent property with private swimming-pool. The access to the property is via 100 m of an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1,5 km away, Camucia (railway station) 4 km, Arezzo 30 km. Lake Trasimaneno is approx. 15 km away.

Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30.
