Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Le Caselle are as impressive as the interiors, offering 5,000 square metres of meticulously maintained parkland that envelops the property in lush greenery. The flat expanse of lawn is interspersed with well-kept flower beds planted with hydrangeas, geraniums, roses, and aromatic herbs, creating distinct and inviting areas within the garden. A pergola set between the main house and one of the 2 annexes provides a shaded outdoor dining and gathering space, furnished with tables and chairs, and equipped with a traditional wood oven and a built-in barbecue — ideal for preparing meals for large groups of family or friends. The swimming pool, which is non-heated, measures 7 x 15 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and is lined with ceramic tiles. Access to the water is via ladder or Roman steps, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system. It is situated on the same level as the main house, just 15 metres away, and is easily accessible from both the house and the annexes thanks to the flat terrain and the complete absence of steps. Pretty lanterns are arranged around the pool and the parking area to ensure adequate lighting during the evening hours. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium area is paved in terracotta and covered in lawn in the remaining sections, and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and tables. A gazebo with sofas and armchairs completes the outdoor living experience, offering a comfortable and shaded seating area just steps from the water.

Also on the first floor is an independent suite comprising a lounge room with a double bed on the mezzanine level, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. To the left of the staircase, there is a twin bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with shower. On a slightly raised floor, accessible via both a stone staircase and a wooden staircase, are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, which share 2 of the bathrooms with shower located on the lower floor. The first annex, situated just a few metres from the main house, is arranged over 2 floors and features a living room with dining area, a kitchen with a wood stove, a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The second annex, located approximately 20 metres from the main house, also spans 2 floors and consists of an open-plan area on the ground floor incorporating a kitchen, a lounge, a dining area, and a toilet, with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor.
