There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains.
