The weekly rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and cooking gas, as well as weekly linen changes, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance, and Wi-Fi access. Additionally, the rate includes the ZeroDEP guarantee, which means no security deposit is required at the time of balance payment or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage for accidental damage to property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros, subject to applicable restrictions.
Pets are welcome at the property. Please note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies in the event of a pet's presence during the stay.
