Casa Felice overlooks from a "hillock" in the hilly territory between the towns of Lucignano and Rigomagno, characteristic medieval villages between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Lucignano, one of the most characteristic village in the Valdichiana, with shops and services of all kinds, is easily reached on foot. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Here you will really escape from everyday life, to spend an uninterrupted time with family or friends. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).
Casa Felice offers all the necessary features for a relaxing holiday tanks to the nice furniture and the many amenities inside the house. On the ground floor there is a rustic and cozy kitchen, with old pots and pans hanging on the wall, which contributes to make the rustic atmosphere of the villa even more authentic. In a far corner of the park, next to the pool area, a large orchard with various fruit trees completes this verdant setting. 3 spacious porticoes make outdoor living both pleasant and comfortable: the first, with direct access from the living room and kitchen, is perfect for al fresco dining and extends along a wide panoramic terrace equipped with table tennis and table football; the second is set up with sofas and armchairs, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying conversation with friends; the third, located just a few metres from the house, serves as a play area equipped with gym apparatus, table tennis, and table football. On the panoramic terrace, not far from the first patio, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi for 6 people offers a luxurious open-air experience. A children's play area with slide and swing is situated next to the pool, and the property is secured by an alarm system.
The large and sunny swimming pool occupies the most beautiful corner of the garden, offering a magical view over the borgo of Montepulciano, surrounded by the foliage of olive trees and rows of vines, and bounded on the outer edge by a laurel hedge. The non-heated rectangular pool, lined in PVC, measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth varying from 1.10 m to 1.50 m. It features 2 ladders for water access, 4 hydromassage vents along one side, internal lighting, and chlorine purification. The ground floor unit is entered through the main entrance, which opens onto a large and luminous living area featuring French windows that lead directly out to 2 porticoes. This level offers an open-plan sitting room, dining area, and a beautiful built-in kitchen. A short corridor connects the living area to the sleeping quarters, which consist of 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds served by a separate bathroom with shower. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom feature French windows facing the portico with the seating area. The laundry facilities are located in the bathroom with shower at the pool service area, close to the main entrance on the ground floor.
An external travertine staircase leads to the top floor unit, which comprises a large living room with sitting and dining space, a kitchenette, and a large panoramic terrace with sliding windows, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and a wood oven. The sleeping area on this floor includes 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom — one with shower and one with hydro-massage shower and hydro-massage tub — and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with hydro-massage shower and chromo-therapy.

The large courtyard in front of the main entrance is shaded by 2 generous awnings and has been thoughtfully arranged with a dedicated dining area complete with tables and chairs, perfect for alfresco meals in the open air. A pergola situated near the pool area provides an inviting space for outdoor dining and relaxation, equipped with a barbecue and a wood oven for convivial evenings under the Tuscan sky. A ping pong table positioned in the area in front of the pool adds a playful recreational touch to the grounds.
The non-heated swimming pool is located in the most secluded and panoramic section of the property, on a lower terraced level approximately 20 metres from the main house, accessible via a short flight of steps from the rear of the villa. The rectangular pool measures 7 x 15 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.20 metres. Lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving, it features chlorine purification and a metal ladder for water access. Spread across the surrounding lawn are umbrellas, tables, chairs, sunbeds, and 3 gazebos with comfortable seating areas, as well as a cold-water shower. A changing room and 2 bathrooms with shower are also available in the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowers and lawn colours may vary at the time of your arrival.

On the ground floor, the main entrance opens to the left into a living room with a dining table, which also contains 2 single beds, and to the right into a sitting room featuring a fireplace that communicates with a TV room and a reading room. From this area, a bright and spacious veranda with a dining table and sofas connects directly to the well-equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.
A stone staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor, where a billiard room serves as the central hub around which the bedrooms on this level are arranged. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both featuring en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. A further double bedroom and twin bedroom with joinable beds share an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor, 2 twin bedrooms each offer 2 queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. A double bedroom on this floor also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds share a bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room is housed in a separate outside room with independent access located at the side of the villa.

The estate cultivates olives and grapes, producing an exceptional extra virgin olive oil and a highly regarded wine. Guests of Villalta are offered a complimentary tasting of the estate's own wines, which may also be purchased directly from the cellars on site.
It is worth noting that one wing of the villa serves as the private residence of the caretakers, accessed entirely independently. Their presence will in no way affect guests' enjoyment of the park and pool, which remain at the complete disposal of all guests throughout the stay.
A chef can be arranged on request for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering an elevated culinary experience within the comfort of the villa.
