This pretty property is located in a very quiet position within walking distance of the 12th century village of Palaia, and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages. The area is known as the Chianti of the Pisan hills and is an ideal base for visiting the nearby Tuscan towns of Montaione, Certaldo, Volterra and San Gimignano. Situated less than 20 minutes from the highway exit, Florence can also be reached in 40 minutes. The property has been recently restored by the owners who have used it in the past as a summer residence. The outside living spaces and the fenced garden are particularly well maintained and make the property ideal for families with children. On one side of the house there is a covered loggia, furnished for outdoor dining. Ther is a second outdoor dining area with built in barbecue/oven allowing guests to dine in the Tuscan sunshine. The owners have installed a beautiful swimming pool, unusually large for this type of house, in the most panoramic part of the garden.

Tenuta Sangervasio is a lovely holiday home (900 sq m) with WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in five bedrooms with one bathroom. Conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Palaia, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Pisa. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday. This property is surrounded by a nice park and provides a quiet and panoramic pool area located in a raised position with respect to the house and offering tranquility and privacy. The villa has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved and turned into a welcoming country villa comprising 10 bedrooms set on 3 floors. The interiors are tastefully furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via a steep, paved, country road ending with a short stretch of a dirt road.
