In the cool pergola, in front of the kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture and barbecue, you can relax and dine al fresco. This is an independent villa boasting beautiful views and its own swimming pool. Its dominating position, overlooking the Val di Chiana, is not far from the town of Civitella.
The villa itself has been recently refurbished however, it still holds its original character such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and stone arches.
Outside there is a large terrace and a large garden, both offering privacy and somewhere to relax in the open air. The property is surrounded by fencing.
Villa Crispinino is perfectly positioned for anyone hoping to visit Tuscany’s famous sites. About 20 km from the property, in the town of Arezzo, you can catch a train to destinations such as Rome, Florence, Orvieto and Siena.
Access to the property is via a dirt road (in great condition).
Distances: The nearby town of Civitella (4 km) can offer you food shops while Battifolle (10 km) can offer a large selection of shops. Arezzo lies 20 km away and slightly further afield are the cities of Siena (50 km), Florence (80 km), Assisi and Perugia (90 km).

The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside.
