This beautiful, independent farmhouse with a private pool is located in the countryside of Siena and Arezzo. The property dates back to 1700 and was renovated by its current owners who have managed to keep as many original features as possible including the original terracotta floors, a very large fireplace on the first floor as well as a spacious living room on the ground floor converted from a stable. A beautiful lawn sits in front of the house which leads to a swimming pool. The owners live a few hundred meters away and are always happy to make suggestions and give advice to guests during their stay. Roughly 100 metres from the house is a barn where the owners keep two beautiful horses.
Thanks to its great location this rental is perfect as a base for visiting the beauty of the surrounding area: the Val d’Orcia, parts of the Chianti zone, Montalcino, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno etc. Just 14 km away lies the well-known spa center Rapolano Terme, with two large thermal spas which use sulfuric waters to relax and unwind, also during the coldest months of the year. A short distance away lies the medieval town of Lucignano, oval in shape with ancient walls.

It is situated between Sinalunga and the Parco Naturale delle Crete Senesi, in the hills covered with woods, olive groves and vineyards, at 500 metres above sea level. This strategic situation makes it an excellent point of reference for visiting such internationally renowned historical centres as Siena, Florence, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia and Assisi.
The villa is spacious and possesses interesting architectural features. It is beautifully furnished and decorated in keeping with the style of thebuilding. Swimming pool and equipped sun terrace with panoramic view. The house is surrounded by a large garden, shaded by tall trees. To one side there is a beautiful 6x12 mt. swimming pool, deep 1,30-1,80 mt. which enjoys a wide view. The 60 square metres of terrace at the front of the building has garden furniture and is the perfect place for sunbathing. From the terrace there is an unsurpassed view of the Val di Chiana,ranging from Lake Trasimeno to Monte Amiata and Monte Cetona; on a really clear day, you can see the Appennines where they divide Umbria from Le Marche.
Many facilities available to guests. At guests disposal five-a-side football, volleyball and basketball field, table tennis, table football and barbecue. In low and middle season's periods it is possible to rent only one part (up to 10 persons) of the house. In this cases, privacy and independence are always guarantee since the rest of the house will not be available for rental.

The villa Casa Bella is surrounded by a wide completely fenced garden where there is a lovely 8x4 m fenced swimming pool (depth 1,20m), an external Jacuzzi bath (5 seats), a tennis court (m. 18x9), a table tennis, a play area for children and a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue where you could have pleasant outdoor meals gazing at the amazing view.
The Sienese countryside and the neighboring villages of Torrita, Montepulciano and Pienza. Only 4 km far there is the town of Torrita di Siena, ancient fortified castle guarding Siena's southern borders. Today the village is a modern town endowed with all stores and services you might need and offers interesting folk and cultural events throughout the whole year. You can plan interesting trips or day excursions to visit the nearby Siena 50 km, Pienza 16 km, Montepulciano 10 km or Cortona 30 km. The road leading to the house (approx. 3 km) is unmade and quite steep in parts. The furnishing is in Tuscan style and particularly tasteful and comfortable.

Description
The hills between the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno. In the hill area between the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno, quaint medieval hamlets situated straddle the two provinces of Arezzo and Siena, we find CASA FELICE. Lucignano one of the most characteristic villages of the Valdichiana, which still maintains an intact oval circle of walls, is only 1 km far from the house and has shops and services of every kind, and is within a walking distance.
Garden and swimming pool. In the large garden shaded by an age-old oak and surrounded by olive groves, there are at guests disposal a 9x4 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m), a barbecue, table and chairs and sun umbrellas. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno.
A comfortable and relaxing vacation. The nice furnishing and the many facilities (washing machine, dish-washer, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, iron, satellite TV) guarantee a relaxing and comfortable holiday. On request we can arrange for you at the house typical Tuscan dinners.
