The property can sleep up to 34 people comfortably in 17 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms. Conveniently located 28 km (17 mi) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, Italy in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings" and only 10 km (6 mi) from Siena.
The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
