To the left of the main entrance is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and with access from the sitting room, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for disabled people and French window with ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, with outside access, is the laundry and the area with the pizza oven. An internal stone staircase leads up to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with queen-size bed and two bathrooms with showers. All the rooms on this floor have air-conditioning. Next to the kitchen and the porch there is a pizza oven and modern barbecue where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them in total tranquillity under the porch.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located in front of the villa which is only 30 metres away, is reached across the lawn. It has a large solarium in terracotta with two big umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and tables. Completely fenced-in for your children's safety, the rectangular pool measures 6.5 x 14.5 m with the depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.6 m and purified with chlorine. With Roman steps for access to the water, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has internal lights and wide-beam external lighting. There is also a hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar located in the changing hut. Solar panels warm the water, sun permitting, by 2/3 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Tennis-court:
The non professional fenced-in, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin and has night lighting and a practice wall. It is located about 20 m from the house, next to the parking area and swimming pool. Four tennis rackets are available on site.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
