The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. A fully equipped kitchen with wooden beams and local details provides everything needed to enjoy home-cooked meals. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower also complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located. Please note that the internal staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor has no railing, therefore children up to 12 years of age must be constantly supervised. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt.
