Villa Agatea operates seasonally from April 1st through October 28th. Check-in takes place from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and guests should note that check-in will be conducted at La Pensione di Vignamaggio in Panzano. Check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 am. The changeover day is Saturday. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during high season, while a minimum of 3 nights is required during low and mid season. A complete rooming list must be submitted 1 week before arrival. Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of €2,000 is requested as a security deposit for damages. Gas heating is available as an extra service. Please note that external chefs are not permitted on the estate; however, a private chef can be arranged on request, and cooking classes are also available on request through the estate. Social events for more than 22 guests can be organized through the estate's partners, subject to management approval, at an additional cost. Tourist tax is due at check-out.
