Interior:
The main house has two floors, connected by both internal and external staircase. At the entrance on the ground floor is a spacious dining room, communicating on the right with a kitchen and toilet and on the left with a very particular living room, with its glass wall overlooking the garden. The living room also has two French windows that lead outdoors. The stone staircase in the dining room leads up to the first floor with a double bedroom (with dividable bed and direct access from outside) with en-suite bathroom with tub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex facing the main building and is composed of a single floor with twin bedroom with joinable beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The 4000 square metres park that surrounds the house is full of luxuriant flowers and plants as well as many other vegetative species. The surrounding lawn is well maintained, perfect for those who love to feel the softness of fresh grass and its summer scents. Between the main building and the annex is a large stone-paved patio, with a pergola equipped with table and chairs where guests can enjoy alfresco meals and aperitifs. On the panoramic side of the property is another pergola where guests can relax with a good book during the afternoon. On a lower terrace is the swimming pool, visible from the house and in a panoramic position.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular-shaped swimming pool is 20 metres from the house, on a lower terrace, and is reached directly from the garden. It is situated to the side of the house and is visible from the portico. The pool (fenced-in) measures 5 x 12 m with a depth varying from 1,30 to 2,30 m; access to the water is via large steps. It is lined in sand-coloured resin and has chlorine purification. The solarium area, equipped with sunbeds and umbrella, is paved in terracotta and travertine marble. At the service of the pool is a toilet/dressing room placed on the basement floor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Access to the property is through an iron gate, with a private parking area just outside, while a second entrance leads to the common courtyard and the entrances to the main house. The garden, embellished with olive trees, fruit trees and meadows, gently follows the natural slope of the land. In a private and sunny position is the swimming pool, flanked by a suggestive outdoor theater. A short distance from the main building, the renovated former barn includes a service bathroom, a large kitchen with wood oven and an outdoor shed equipped with a dining table and mobile barbecue, continuing in a cozy outdoor living room. Next to the living room of the main villa, a large lawn houses a dining area shaded by a pergola, also perfect for evenings with outdoor cinema thanks to the video projector. The rectangular pool measures 7 x 14 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC with a travertine border. Chlorine purification and internal steps for water access ensure both safety and hygiene. The surrounding sunbathing area, finished in porphyry stone, extends to a soft lawn equipped with comfortable sunbeds and 2 shady gazebos. An outdoor cold-water shower and external lighting complete the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Podere Collelungo is configured to accommodate up to 14 guests across its main house and 2 independent annexes, offering a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Each building has its own independent entrance and the 3 structures are located just a few metres from one another, making the estate ideal for groups who wish to share communal spaces while also enjoying private retreats.
The main house is spread across 2 floors connected externally by a staircase on one side of the building. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a kitchen, from which 2 steps lead up to a large open-plan living area composed of a sitting room with sofas, a television, and a fireplace, a dining room, and a reading room, all connected to the garden through numerous French windows. The ground floor also includes a laundry room, a bathroom suitable for guests with disabilities, and a further bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with a hydromassage tub and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 1 is arranged on a single floor and comprises a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 2, situated adjacent to Annex 1, features a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, the latter being suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Each kitchen throughout the property is fully equipped with an electric oven, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

Podere Collelungo welcomes a maximum of 2 animals, provided that their acceptance has been previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals.
The property has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a technical supervisor before the beginning of each season, to ensure the consistency of the description, the condition of all accessories listed, and their state of operation and maintenance, in order to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort to all guests.
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The price also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations specified in the policy terms.
