The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the property, approximately 40 metres from the house, and is reached by a flight of steps across the lawn in front of the main entrance. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.50 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It features Roman steps for water access, as well as both internal and external lighting along the perimeter. A large solarium in travertine surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with comfortable deck chairs, small tables, and a gazebo.
