The non-heated swimming pool is a true centrepiece of the property, set within the green lawn and positioned to offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the rolling Pisan hills and the medieval town of Palaia. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and features a recessed corner with Roman steps for easy water access, an electric cover, salt purification, and internal lighting. Its travertine border and sand-coloured PVC lining lend it an elegant aesthetic, while the surrounding solarium area in travertine is furnished with comfortable sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas. A solar-powered hot-water shower completes the pool area. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. As the property photographs were taken in spring, the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.
