The first floor hosts 5 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and minibar fridge; 1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds upon request, and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate an additional single bed. All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The garden and park surrounding Villa Joy are completely enclosed by netting and hedge screens reaching approximately 2 metres in height, guaranteeing total privacy throughout your stay. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully landscaped with paved terracotta surfaces and generous areas of lawn enlivened by flowering bushes, olive trees, cypresses, lime trees, and a shady catalpa beneath which 2 benches invite quiet contemplation. The pool features internal lighting and chlorine purification, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in serena stone and extends onto the manicured lawn, where sunbeds, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a convenient solar shower complete this inviting outdoor retreat. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

Palazzolo Alto is a beautiful villa on the edge of the tiny village of Palazzuolo, located in the area north of Monte San Savino. It has always been the natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, two of the most important cities in Tuscany, equidistant from the villa and easily reachable in about 30 minutes driving. Moreover, if you like cycling or if you love motorbikes, the road between Monte San Savino and Siena offers beautiful views and breathtaking landscapes.
In Palazzolo Alto you will find a large, panoramic garden. On hot summer days you can relax on the sun terrace of the private swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.40 m, completely fenced - open from 17 May to 30th September) and enjoy a refreshing dip. The barbecue in front of the large porch is great for delicious meals with your family or friends, or if you prefer you can enjoy a good Tuscan dinner cooked by one of our chefs.
