At the back of the property, a forest of cypresses and oaks forms a natural boundary with the surrounding village, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. In front of the villa, a welcoming outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs, and a built-in barbecue, making it an ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxed gatherings. A laundry room is conveniently located within the garden area. The non-heated swimming pool, positioned just a few metres from the tower, is rectangular in shape and measures 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.00 metre. It features a heavenly resin finish, chlorine purification, internal LED lighting, access via a Roman staircase, a hydromassage corner, and two small terracotta cherubs with water features at one end. Mulino al Suono is composed of three flats on staggered levels that are not communicating with each other, however the large spaces allow the group to gather for lunches, dinners.
The first two flats are in the old Mill dating back to 1100. While the New Mill (the one that still contains the millstones) dates back to 1800.
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany.
