The manicured lawn provides a serene setting for relaxation, while the covered outdoor dining area, located just a few steps from the main building, is equipped with stone tables, benches and a barbecue, offering the perfect environment for long, leisurely meals and convivial evenings under the Tuscan sky. The rectangular swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned to the right of the entrance gate, approximately 10 metres from the house. It measures 12 by 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.06 metres, and features internal lighting as well as illumination from 2 lampposts surrounding the pool area. A dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a gazebo and a cold-water shower are also available for your comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. A generously sized sunbathing area surrounds the pool, equipped with umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, small tables, and a sofa with armchairs.
