The outdoor areas of Villa Fiorentini represent the true heart of the property, offering a spectacular setting framed by the rolling Chianti hills. The enclosed grounds of approximately 3,000 sq m spread across 2 levels and are planted with olive trees, holm oaks, pines, and fragrant herbal borders, creating a lush and peaceful environment that changes beautifully with the seasons. At the exit of the living room on the ground floor, a large terrace serves as the centrepiece of outdoor living, featuring a fully equipped dining area complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, ideal for al fresco meals in an unforgettable setting. A few steps from the terrace lead directly to the swimming pool, a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. Lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy entry, the pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium is bordered by olive trees and enhanced by the fragrance of lavender, and is furnished with sunbeds, tables, and an awning to ensure comfort throughout the day. The ground floor is further completed by a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both served by en-suite bathrooms with shower, as well as a guest bathroom that also houses the washing machine. The staircase near the entrance leads up to the first floor, where a large central hallway connects 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are elegantly appointed and enjoy a lovely panoramic view of the surrounding Chianti hills, enhanced by antique furnishings and a refined aesthetic characterised by light tones and generous natural light.
