Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

Thanks to both internal and external lighting, the pool can also be enjoyed after dark. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The stone-paved sunbathing area surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds, a sofa with armchairs sheltered beneath a gazebo, and an umbrella for shaded relaxation.
