You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. Villa Il Prato is located 860 m (2798 ft) from San Pancrazio, Italy and only 33 km (20 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Central Tuscany". Villa Il Prato is a beautiful stone building (660 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 17 guests comfortably in nine bedrooms with ten bathrooms.
The main villa is internally made of 4 different apartments.
Adjoining the main villa, there is a dependance on 2 levels, offering kitchen-living area with dining table, burners, fridge, freezer, TV, one small bathroom with wash-basin and shower on the ground level; on the upper level, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with wash-basin, bidet, small shower, wc.
The dependance can be accessed from both the ground floor and the first floor.
