The non-heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the garden, located at the back of the property just a few metres from the house and reached across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and features Roman steps for easy access to the water. Lined in blue Sardinia PVC with a terracotta edge, the pool is equipped with salt purification. The wooden perimetral solarium surrounding the pool is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, making it the perfect spot to sip a cocktail or simply laze in the Tuscan sun. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The private swimming pool is non-heated and rectangular in shape, measuring 11 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a sand-colored PVC lining with a sandstone border, access via a Roman staircase and a recessed corner with a shallow beach area, a chlorine purification system, and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved with teak-effect anti-slip resin slats and is furnished with sun loungers, tables, an umbrella, and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may vary at the time of your arrival.
