Conveniently located 4 km (2 mi) from Montopoli In Val D'arno, Italy and only 39 km (24 mi) from Pisa. La Capinera is a nice holiday rental (75 sq m) with private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in two bedrooms with three bathrooms. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.
What to Expect
The house, which is located on the same estate as Le Rondini (also in our program), is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. The pool has a salted water filter system avoiding the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
After arriving you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

TOURIST TAX

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;

Lovely villa, the kids loved the pool area and has everything you need. Nice welcome on arrival from Erika. It’s a very peaceful location but the town (Montopoli) is also close by and supermarkets a short drive away. Would happily recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday then this villa is the answer. An absolutely beautiful house with everything you could need.
Its a couple of Km outside the sleepy village of Montopoli, in a very rural and quiet setting. However, the location also allows you to get on the main roads to anywhere quite quickly.
The house itself is finished to a very high standard, and the pool area and grounds are fantastic.
You will not feel let down as this place definitely lives up to both the internet pictures and the descriptions/reviews etc.
The owners are also very pleasant, friendly and easy going people and we enjoyed meeting and chatting to them.

We booked La Capinera for a week for our honeymoon and just loved it.
We were greeted by the owners with glasses of fizz to celebrate our wedding, and were very soon left on our own in our little paradise in Tuscany.
A great base to see Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Sienna and the Chianti wine region, we were torn between traversing the Italian countryside cursing the SatNav and relaxing by our very own private pool.
We cooked, we drank, we relaxed and had the time of our life.

We had an amazing time at La Capinera. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful property this was. My kids (age 10 and 7) never wanted to leave the pool and the house was comfortable and just what we were looking for in terms of a vacation rental. It is close enough that you can easily day day trips either by car or train to all of the major cities.

We had a fantastic week at La Capinera. Its perfectly located in the Tuscan hillside, with great views, piece and quiet and good links for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Siena etc.
The property has been well maintained with the owners obviously making a continuous investment into this property. The swimming pool was great, even in April! - our 2 year old daughter had lots of fun.
