Access is provided via 4 corner steps, and the pool is lined with a stone-effect touch liner and sanitized with chlorine. Manually operated night lighting enhances the atmosphere after sunset. The surrounding stone solarium is furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo, and a cold-water shower is available poolside. A guest bathroom is located on the level immediately below the pool. The outdoor pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The basement also features a large open-plan area housing the indoor pool, a billiards table, a TV area, a living room, and a treadmill. A bathroom with shower and a dedicated laundry room are also located on this floor. All rooms throughout the property benefit from direct access to the garden. Please note that the fireplaces present in the property are ornamental.
