The property is accessed via an automatic gate, and the parking area is situated in close proximity to the villa for ease of arrival and departure. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon your arrival.

The non-heated pool is positioned 15 metres from the villa and enjoys stunning views of the surrounding Maremma landscape. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 by 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.5 metres, it features six steps for easy access, salt-based water purification, and internal lighting for evening use. The pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and umbrellas, and is complemented by a dedicated bathroom and a hot-water outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Casale Rondinella accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors connected by both internal and external staircases. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
