The swimming pool is positioned on a higher level than the main house and is reached by a short flight of stone steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.30 metres. The pool is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, Roman steps for easy entry, and both internal and external lighting. A cold-water shower is available poolside. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in elegant porphyry stone and fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The first floor hosts all 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, 2 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets are welcome at the villa, and guests are kindly asked to note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies per animal per week of stay. The tourism tax may apply depending on current local regulations. Heating is available upon request for stays between November and April.
