The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position between the villa and the wellness annex, overlooking the surrounding rolling hills and vineyards. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification. Access is via Roman steps, and the pool features internal and external lighting, a semicircular shallow ledge, and built-in seating along one side. The paved pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar shower, creating an ideal sunbathing and leisure area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Parking is available just outside the fenced perimeter, reachable via two steps or a level path. Pets are welcome at the property; an additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, and heating, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during their stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
