Property Description
Campo Valerio is a lovely stone building (300 sq m) with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 13 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Scarlino, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 91 km (56 mi) from Montalcino. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the holiday home (7 km 4 mi).
The sea is 6.5 km far from the villa.
The property is not completely fenced in, so animals can roam freely.
We accept animals of any number and size, but although the property is very large (about 13 hectares), we cannot guarantee adequate enclosure.
