Bardi II is a charming, 4-room house spread over 2 levels. The living/dining room is spacious and divided into two levels, with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one with two beds, shower/WC, and air conditioning, and the other with a double bed. Both rooms have an exit to the terrace. The upper level has another double bedroom. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 gas rings, a mini-oven, dishwasher, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC.

The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your vacation stay a memorable one. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We have been here 1 week this summer and 1 week last summer. We love this place, especially the pool area is amazing and a very big private area. The house is very standard, you have everything you need but no more. The house owner is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The pool area is exelent and the property manager takes good care of the area and he is very nice to everyone! The house is old-school Italian style and has a lot of soul and good space! The surroundings are exotic, relaxing and safe.
