Located 13km from Grosseto and 20km from the nearest beaches, the house is surrounded by vineyards, offers sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside, and provides guests with privacy as well as easy access to the beauty and charms of the region. As noted, the house is spacious and the grounds are large and lovely. Both have incredible amenities.
Outside, there are three different bodies of water for guests to enjoy – a Jacuzzi with a separate children’s pool next to it and a larger pool that is connected via a charming little waterfall feature between the two. Sun loungers are arranged all around the pool and the tall trees around offer shade at different points throughout the day. A pergola with outdoor furnishings also offers a more permanent shaded area for lounging. This part of the garden is where you can admire some of the most impressive panoramic views – the hills and fields to one side and a lake to the other – and is also where you can find the barbecue.
Back over the lawn, across the lane, and towards the house, meanwhile, you will find the spacious covered terrace, kitted out with raffia-shaded lights to allow for gorgeous al fresco meals during the day or the night. Spread over three floors, you can expect a home that is bright and airy with high ceilings, large windows, plenty of doors out to terraces and balconies, and lots of space. On the ground floor, you have the well-equipped, bright, and cheerful kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, an oven and stove top, a coffee machine, a washing machine, ample counter and storage space, and an exit directly out onto the terrace – making bring meals outdoors to enjoy al fresco all the easier. This floor also has one of the living rooms – the largest with two sofas that can seat all 12 guests, a fireplace, and a television – as well as a dining room that can also seat the entire occupancy, and a bathroom.
On the first floor are all six bedrooms, each one of which is a double en suite bedroom with air-conditioning, WIFI, and a safe. Two of the bedrooms also have access to balconies. On the lower ground floor, meanwhile, you can find most of the indoor leisure spaces in the house including the home gym, the, “spa” (with a sauna, a shower, and sunbeds), two more living rooms, an open space with a desk and a snooker table, and two additional bathrooms.
Additionally, this property benefits from the owner living on site but in a separate space, ensuring your privacy but having someone always on hand to help. Said owner can arrange a variety of special extra services at an additional fee including cooking lessons with a local chef to learn all about Tuscan cuisine, meals cooked for you in your villa, and guided wine-tastings with a local expert.
