Castelletto is located 5 km (3 mi) from Sinalunga, Italy and only 18 km (11 mi) from Montepulciano in the tourist area "Orcia Valley". Castelletto is a lovely vacation rental with shared pool and WiFi internet. Castelletto is a country resort with a total of six separate units. The property can sleep up to 36 guests comfortably. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 3 km (2 mi) from the property where you can purchase groceries and personal items.

Upon arrival at Castelletto you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. A real time-saver is having a washing machine on-site that is available for the guests to use. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

There are 3 pools on the property: 2 are available for all the guests and 1 (the small round one) is private for the guests of Villa Limonaia.

In case a large group rents the property, they can cook and dine together in Villa Limonaia, in the kitchen and the large dining-room at the garden level;
there is a professional kitchen in a different building of the property, to be used only by professional catering (on request) in case of events.

For weddings and events on the property, the owner requires a supplement fee based on the number of guests.
