The Villa consists of a main building and a dependance surrounded by a beautiful garden, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to high standard all the first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning and two other portable units are available on request.

The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 12/14 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.

By renting this villa one can enjoy the beauties of all the treasures offered by the Tuscan Region. Lucca is in an ideal location, its geographical position and features offer both mountains and beach resorts in accessible distances.
By choosing this type of accommodation you will be able to enjoy, discover and become part of the 'real Tuscan lifestyle'.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.

Distances:Nearest village for shopping is 3 km (grocery shop - post office - pharmacy). Very good trattorie and restaurants close by.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.

Beautiful, eighteenth-century villa situated in a dominant position on the hills of the Versilia coastline. This property offers amazing views over the surrounding landscape extending to the Tuscan islands and the Cinque Terre in the distance.

The villa has been recently renovated and provides fine interiors furnished with unique pieces, beautiful frescoed walls and comfort of any kind. Outside there is a large, well-groomed, 8000-square-meter garden with fruit trees (tangerine, orange, kiwi and pear trees), fountains and a spacious panoramic terrace with a nice gazebo which is ideal for al-fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy use of a private swimming-pool.

The property consists of a main house and a small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).
