The centerpiece of the exterior is the panoramic infinity pool, a stunning rectangular structure measuring 6 by 12 meters, with a depth varying between 1.20 and 1.50 meters. Finished in ALKORPLAN TOUCH PVC with a natural stone effect in an exotic color and accessible via a Roman staircase, the pool is a non-heated facility sanitized with a chlorine system. It is fenced with a 1-meter high mesh and equipped with an entrance gate for safety. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and is served by a cold water shower. Positioned approximately 20 meters from the buildings, it is easily reached through the flat garden. The surrounding porphyry solarium is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, creating an ideal setting for relaxation with breathtaking views as a backdrop. The flat garden itself covers approximately 2,000 square meters and features lawn areas, olive trees, rosemary bushes, and oleanders that frame the pool's perimeter. On 2 sides of the farmhouse, equipped porches provide inviting outdoor living spaces: one hosts a dining table accessible directly from the kitchen, while the other features a foosball table. Adjacent to a large paved terrace that overlooks a suggestive panoramic viewpoint, a dedicated barbecue area and a traditional wood oven complete the outdoor offering. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may differ at the time of your arrival.

The farmhouse, covering approximately 230 square meters across 2 levels connected by both internal and external staircases, forms the heart of the complex. On the ground floor, an entrance through a French window from the porch leads into a large living room featuring a seating area and a dining area connected by generous arched openings. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch with a dining table and a bathroom with a bathtub complete this level. The first floor is reached by 2 flights of stairs located on either side of the living room, leading to 2 separate and unconnected units. The first unit, which also benefits from independent access via an external staircase and a spiral staircase, comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a double bedroom with a divisible bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second unit, accessed from the dining room staircase, includes 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. The annex, covering approximately 100 square meters and located on one side of the main house, is arranged on a single ground floor level and features a living room, 2 double bedrooms of which one has an en suite bathroom with shower, and an additional bathroom with shower. Please note that the fireplaces throughout the property are ornamental.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the restrictions provided. Pets are welcome at the property; guests traveling with animals should be aware that an extra cleaning fee applies per pet per week. The fireplaces present in the property are strictly ornamental and are not available for use. The pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
