Een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek, en met name de keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fantastische tuin en zwembad. Alles werd heel goed bijgehouden door de host en zijn vrouw, die enorm aardig en behulpzaam waren. Een echte aanrader!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden, auch Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), Geschirrspüler. Check-In und Check-Out völlig problemlos, Reaktionszeit der Besitzerin auf Whtasapp war sehr gut. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind im unteren Geschoss und somit im Hochsommer auch angenehm kühl. Wir waren während der Fussball-WM dort und das Streamen auf dem Sitzplatz war nicht so gut, d.h. die Internetkapazität könnte etwas besser sein, aber "normales" Nutzen des Internets war tiptop. Es ist auch ein guter Grill vorhanden. Der Zugang für ein grösseres Auto zur Garage ist teilweise etwas schwierig, da es sehr eng ist, für kleinere/mittlere Autos sollte das aber kein Problem sein. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr ruhig und die Luft war sehr gut. Am Morgen früh auf der Terrasse einen Kaffee trinken, aufs Meer schauen, den Vögeln beim trillern zuhören...., was gibt es schöneres ;-). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit imposanten alten Gemäuern. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Burg mit moderner, funktionierender Infrastruktur. Der zuständige Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Buchung mit EasyReserve verlief einwandfrei.

We loved staying at the property which was perfect for our family. The Villa is in a great location with fantastic views. The Owners were very kind and helpful. It was also dog friendly and overall we thought it was amazing!

This is the 3rd time I’m staying at this villa, with a couple of exceptions, it’s a brilliant stay, the fridge was broken, so a lot of food was wasted, no kettle, so for tea & coffee we had to boil the water in a pan, also when you pay so much for the rental of Villa, you expect a couple of tea towels, non were supplied.

Superb house and very welcoming host. Perfectly located for visiting local places of interest, including Siena, Pienza and San Gimignano. Also perfect for exploring the Tuscan gravel trails (Strade Bianche). Facilities in the house were excellent and it was really nicely furnished. Walking distance to Villa a Sesta where there are good restaurants.

La casa está muy bien cuidada y el entorno es espectacular rodeado de naturaleza.

Einziges Manko ist der steile und lange Anstieg zum Haus wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for 10 nights in June. We received a warm welcome from the lovely host, and we enjoyed every minute we stayed here. The house was clean and well stocked, with nice extras like board games and books in various languages. The pool is huge, and well maintained, and we enjoyed it so much due to the 39c temperatures we had while we were there. While it is lovely and peaceful, you aren't too far from shops and restaurants either. We were sad to leave, which is always a good sign, and we promise we will return again. Thank you for everything.
