Villa très agréable ! L’endroit, au milieu de la campagne Toscane et sur une colline avec des vignes, est spectaculaire et très reposant. Les hôtes sont très serviables. Merci !

Rustig gelegen woning aan een mooi, karakteristiek dorpspleintje in een klein dorpje, centraal gelegen tussen Arezzo, Florence en Sienna. Het is een prima uitgangspunt om een groot deel van de Toscane te verkennen. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk, want horeca en winkels op loopafstand is beperkt. De woning is schoon en biedt veel ruimte en faciliteiten en is compleet ingericht voor 2 personen; alleen de hoeveelheid bestek en glazen is aan de krappe kant. Je kunt prima voor de deur op het pleintje zitten, maar de stoeltjes zijn niet zo comfortabel. Door de ligging in en souterrain is de woning wat donker, maar daardoor wel relatief koel in de zomermaanden. Irene is een perfecte en zeer hartelijke gastvrouw die ons vooraf al een aantal leuke tips gaf, voor een warm welkom zorgde en tijdens het verblijf altijd bereikbaar was voor aanvullende informatie en tips.

Fantastic apartment. Spotlessly clean. A great spot and we did not need a car. Approximately 1.5KM to the beach but plenty of places on the way to break the journey if needed.

Nice spacious villa in an ideal location. No need to get in the car if you don’t want to as the main square with several restaurants is only a 50 metre walk away and a minimarket only 50 metres in the other direction, as is another restaurant. The village itself is very attractive and on most days we walked around it enjoying the fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside from various viewing points.

Posto splendido immerso nella natura, struttura molto curata in perfetto stile toscano. Luca, il padrone di casa, è una persona gentilissima, attenta e molto disponibile. Ottimi anche i prodotti dell’azienda agricola (olio e pasta con grano senatore cappelli). Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno in pieno relax

Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse (7 Erwachsene) sehr angenehm durch die zwei Wohnungen, sauber und gut in Schuss.m. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Tische an denen man gemeinsam einen schattigen Platz zum Essen gefunden hat. Die vielen Liegen und Schirme waren ein zusätzliches Plus zum großzügigen Pool, den wir faktisch für uns alleine hatten. (theoretisch nutzt ihn der Eigentümer der gegenüber wohnt mit)
Ein gemeinsamer Hobbyraum war auch tagsüber ein kühlerer Rückzugsort. Sehr erfreut waren wir über die Fliegengitter in jedem Raum , die sind auch nötig, denn Stechmücken waren reichlich vorhanden.
Die Lage ist vom Blick wunderschön. Leider führt der Zugang zum Gelände über eine relativ schmale Brücke und die wunderbare Ruhe hat den Preis, dass der nächste Laden erst 12 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist, wenn man nicht eh unterwegs ist also eher weit weg.
Die W- LAN - Verbindung funktioniert richtig gut nur im Gemeinschaftsraum und am Pool (wir haben es als Handyhygiene betrachtet).
