The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape with Roman steps, and measures 16 x 8.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.05 to 1.40 meters and a 20-centimeter beach entrance. It features a Bisazza mosaic coating and a chlorine filtration system. The surrounding marble terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a gazebo, and a shower with both hot and cold water. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The property is fully fenced, offering a safe environment for both guests and their animals. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. All fireplaces within the property are ornamental and cannot be used for heating purposes. The annex loft is an open mezzanine space and is not divided into separate enclosed rooms. Parking is available privately on the property. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning.
