The house features air conditioning and a washing machine, with heating available only from 15 October to 15 April. You will find an above ground swimming pool (2 x 2 m) available seasonally from 1 April to 31 October, with pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener. The property offers a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a private yard for your enjoyment.
