Villa Sibilla offers remarkable levels of comfort and elegance, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The estate boasts a prime location in the center of Umbria, where the simple pleasures of country life embrace art, history and architecture alongside excellent food and wine. The property provides convenient parking and accommodates guests across the main villa and the separate Olivo apartment, with all modern amenities seamlessly integrated into its historic charm.

An outdoor dining table beneath a charming pergola seats 12 guests, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals while overlooking the golf course and medieval castle. Each apartment enjoys its own panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor seating, providing 12 seats for the main villa and 4 for the Olivo apartment. The property is enclosed by a fenced and beautifully landscaped private garden spanning 10,000 square meters, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation. A barbecue facility is available for outdoor cooking, and table tennis can be provided upon request for additional entertainment in this stunning natural setting.

The first floor is accessed via two separate staircases, creating two distinct sleeping wings. From the first staircase, you reach a king-size double bedroom measuring 2 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom featuring both shower and bathtub, a double room with beds measuring 0.85 meters by 1.90 meters, and another double room of the same dimensions with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second staircase leads to a king-size double bedroom measuring 1.85 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom equipped with both bath and shower, a twin bedroom with beds measuring 0.85 meters by 1.90 meters, and an additional king-size double bedroom measuring 2 meters by 1.90 meters with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Check-in time is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, while check-out is by 10.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day and must be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8.00 pm should be communicated in advance. In any case, check-in cannot be provided after midnight. A welcoming service is provided for key collection and explanation of the villas, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. All services provided to guests during their stay can only be arranged by or through the restaurant or Tenuta Umbra. Minimum stay required is 7 nights Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates are available on request in other seasons. The property only accepts weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo, with a maximum of 55 guests. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipality regulations.
