All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
