The first terrace, spanning approximately 200 square metres, accommodates the parking area alongside a lawn-covered relaxation zone featuring a lounge area with a panoramic view, sheltered beneath a gazebo. A few steps further lead to a second terrace with its own gazebo, thoughtfully arranged for outdoor dining and perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking nighttime panorama that frames unforgettable evenings under the stars, cooled by a gentle sea breeze drifting up the hillside. The third terrace is home to the non-heated swimming pool, an oval-shaped structure measuring 3 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres, suspended dramatically toward the sea and offering a truly unique and unobstructed view of the coastline. The pool features a PVC inner lining in deep blue, salt purification, and an iron ladder for safe water access. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, and is enclosed and accessible through a dedicated gate, situated approximately 40 metres from the main house. Surrounding the pool is a generous solarium finished in clear resin slats, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and umbrellas for daytime relaxation, as well as ambient lighting that allows you to linger well into the evening.
