The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2 metres, is positioned approximately 8 metres from the house and can be reached across the level lawn. Bordered in stone and lined with PVC, the pool features chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy access to the water. It is enclosed within a fenced area and set against a beautiful panoramic backdrop from which guests can admire spectacular sunsets over the Val d'Orcia. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Villa Cerretalta is in a wonderful position on a small hill surrounded by Brunello vineyards, within the national park of Val D'Orcia. The 7 bedroom, 6 bath property is set between the cities of Montalcino and San Quirico D'Orcia (both are about 10 km away), yet in few minutes you can reach the little town of Torrenieri (5 km) where you can find the nearest shops, supermarket and restaurants.
The owner occasionally uses the independent building nearby and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposal if you should need any help.
Cerretalta is completely surrounded by hedges and fences to guarantee total privacy. Nonetheless, you have a wonderful sight over the countryside.
Once you enter the gateway, there is a large courtyard plenty of tables and chairs at guests’ disposal as well as the brick barbeque. Across the court there is a lovely area with a big round stone table and matching benches sheltered from the sun by a pergola. Here there is also a second way out from the property, down a stone staircase and through a small iron gate.
There are two garden areas.
The first one is bordered by mature trees, should the guests enjoy a peaceful shady lawn, and it is situated next to a white travertine floored space with tables, chairs and parasol. This is the perfect location where you can have your meals, while taking in the beautiful view over the surrounding farmland.
From here, few stone steps lead to the second garden that is located near the poolside. A small gate possibly delimits the way so as to prevent little children from reaching the swimming-pool area without permission. Some fruit trees, flowers and shrubs brighten the place and there is also a gazebo with table and chairs. An extensive hedge marks the limits of the patch.

On the panoramic terrace, not far from the first patio, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi for 6 people offers a luxurious open-air experience. A children's play area with slide and swing is situated next to the pool, and the property is secured by an alarm system.
The large and sunny swimming pool occupies the most beautiful corner of the garden, offering a magical view over the borgo of Montepulciano, surrounded by the foliage of olive trees and rows of vines, and bounded on the outer edge by a laurel hedge. The non-heated rectangular pool, lined in PVC, measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth varying from 1.10 m to 1.50 m. Two porticoes serve as elegant outdoor living and dining areas, one of which is directly connected to the kitchen and equipped with a gas barbecue, making al fresco dining a natural part of daily life at the villa. A gym area shaded by a gazebo adds a further dimension to the outdoor offering. The property is accessed via a 600 m dirt road in good condition, leading to an automatic driveway gate with a separate pedestrian entrance.
The swimming pool is located 30 m from the villa, on the same level, in a secluded area of the garden, accessible across a stone-paved lawn. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 14 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m, featuring a sand-coloured PVC lining with a travertine border and chlorine purification. Entry is facilitated by 5 steps positioned in 2 corners. The 60 sq m travertine and stone pool terrace is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, gazebos, sofas, tables, and chairs, and is equipped with a solar shower. Automatic lighting illuminates the interior of the pool, the solarium, the gazebo, the surrounding lawn, and the trees, creating a magical atmosphere after sunset. The pool is fitted with a cover and can be heated on request at an extra cost. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Villa Pianello extends across 250 sq m and is thoughtfully distributed over 3 floors, all connected by an internal wooden staircase with handrail. The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for larger groups and extended families.
On the ground floor, an entrance under the portico leads into a spacious living room featuring a dining area, a television corner, and an ornamental fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen offers direct access to a furnished outdoor dining area. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with beds measuring 150 cm in width, complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. A second bathroom with shower and laundry facilities is located opposite the entrance door.
The first floor features a hallway with a sitting room, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 2 additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom equipped with a hydromassage tub and shower. A staircase leads from this floor to the second floor, where a further double bedroom with a divisible bed completes the sleeping accommodation. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Other Information
Villa Pianello accepts pets, subject to specific conditions. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for each animal per week or part of a week. A tourism tax may also be applicable depending on current local regulations.
The property benefits from the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
