It is rectangular in shape, fitted with a PVC lining, chlorine purification system, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for access. Adjacent to it, a dedicated children's pool measures 6 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 0.50 metres, making it perfectly safe for younger guests. Both pools are bordered by a light stone solarium furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables, and ornamental features. A shower is also available within the pool area. The pools are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

A stone walkway leads directly to the pool from the house, and the surrounding lawn sunbathing area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower is also available poolside for guests' convenience. The swimming pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn.
