The property is accessed via a dirt road that leads directly into the estate, and the parking area, located behind the house in a secluded section of the property, includes a partly covered garage for 1 car and uncovered spaces for up to 6 vehicles. The garage also serves as a storeroom equipped with a chest freezer and a laundry area. A dedicated storeroom beneath the swimming pool houses the pool's technical equipment as well as farm tools and machinery.
