All fireplaces within the property are ornamental and cannot be used for heating purposes. The annex loft is an open mezzanine space and is not divided into separate enclosed rooms. Parking is available privately on the property. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The pool is accessible from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
